To become a global brand and to create an international presence for Tessori Jewellery as a highly-visible brand name and actively grow its chain of Jewellery stores with the aim of becoming the most trusted and preferred Jeweller in the world.
We will continue to invest in our Retail Jewellery business to more broadly penetrate existing markets and enter new geographic markets while further cultivating the Tessori brand, building brand equity, increasing brand awareness and improving market share. To accomplish these goals, we intend to take the following actions:
1. Increase the penetration of our distribution business into new sales channels and new geographic areas
2. Further grow our retail segment
3. Introduce and expand new and existing product offerings and designs
4. Enhance marketing and promotional efforts to increase brand awareness.
These goals are all related, as we believe that new product offerings, greater brand recognition and increased marketing efforts will help us gain greater penetration into previously untapped areas for both our distribution and retail segments.
