Shipping Policy
All goods shipped are insured against loss and damage whilst they are in transit. Once you are advised by e-mail that your order has been shipped, we guarantee delivery of all items except in cases where the address supplied is incorrect, incomplete or if the recipient is away or has moved, in which case you will be liable for payment of the purchase price and shipping of the order irrespective of whether the order arrives on time or not at all.

Please note:The above delivery times are for delivery only. This means that the above delivery time frames are the time frames from when your order is dispatched from our store to when you receive it. We do not guarantee that all orders will be received by you within the above times frames from the moment you place an order.
The actual date you receive an order will depend on delivery schedules mentioned against each item plus the transit time in freighting, being approximately two to five days. Once the product has been shipped to you, you will receive e-mail confirmation of when your order was dispatched and also quoting an approximate delivery date.

Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top most priority. To achieve this goal, we offer top quality products both in terms of material and workmanship. All the products sold on our website are made under stringent quality controls. Top of the line craftsmen are engaged to get the products made as best and close to the specifications and images as shown on the website.
Tessori guarantees the quality of the products offered. We also realize it is difficult, sometimes, to accurately judge a work of art & craft from an image on a screen. We want to assure our customers that while we do not want curiosity sales, we will allow you to return the product in its original condition for a full refund of the amount paid by you, if it does not meet your expectations.
Please contact Tessori within seven days of receipt of the item, at returns@Tessori.com and specify the order and item ID of the product to be returned. The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping and insurance costs.
The refund or exchange is processed within 72 hours of our receiving back the item. The refund will be provided subject to receipt of the product in its original condition (unused and not damaged) and together with all the original documents, the invoice and packaging.
Returns are accepted only of products which were 'ready in stock' at the time of placement of order. We may not accept the returns of the products which are made to order or deduct some percentage towards re-stocking of these items made specially to order.
